Perfect for: those looking for a kickstart to their fitness journey Whether you’re completely new or restarting after a break, this one-off session will give you the insights and actionable plan to get to your goals. 

What you’ll get: — Virtual face-to-face session, followed by 5x offline check-ins; checking progress, answering questions and keeping accountability for your new routine. — Assessment of your current routine and movement level. — Personalised program of exercise & movement. — Demonstration and/or detailed tips for exercises for your body/goals. — Self-motivation guidance and actionable tips for building life-lasting habits.  — Opportunity to ask any questions and discuss concerns relating to your fitness. — Lots of info on the core science behind anti-ageing, fitness and weight loss to empower you to make informed decisions.

Perfect for: those ready for the structure, expert guidance, and accountability to get you to your health & fitness goals. With women-focused protocols, we’ll design a fun and realistic program to match your needs.
