What Attendees Say

The evening was superb. It was detailed enough to get the audience engaged and talking and to allow for further research after the event.

Incredibly informative and validating, especially for myself on the start of my peri journey.

Angharad

I came away with more information than my Dr has provided me with in 3 years.

I left your session feeling there is hope for me rather than no life at all.

Helen

A huge thank you to you both for an uplifting and inspiring meeting last night. I listened intently at you both, most of which was no surprise, the best thing was being surrounded by like minded women, all in the same boat trying to make sense of so many physical changes.

What Workshop Attendees Say

My previous injuries have left me feeling nervous of exercising but I have complete confidence in Ashley following this workshop.

It was a great starting point for my fitness journey.

Melanie

Your facilitation made something that was rather daunting much more accessible. The small group size was helpful.

A good intro to strength training!

Rita

I really enjoyed the workshop, it was a lovely atmosphere and I learnt so much.
I didn't feel intimidated so thank you for that, that has always been one of my biggest fears, someone seeing that I can't do it as well as others!

Businesses & brands

Want to be part of this?

Well & Wise has sold out every event since launching in March 2026, built almost entirely through word of mouth. We are now bringing the series to Cardiff, Bristol and London and we are looking for the right venues and partners to make it happen.

If your brand, organisation or venue shares our commitment to women's health, we would love to hear from you. Whether you are a speaker, a funder, a like-minded brand or a space that wants to host something that resonates, this is an opportunity to be part of a movement that is growing fast and meaning a lot to the women it reaches.

More event feedback

Such warm and lovely women, really enjoyed their energy and enthusiasm, and obvious passion for sharing knowledge!
An insightful discussion
Opportunity to acknowledge the various aspects of women’s health and why we face so many challenges.
Both presenters were very knowledgeable and engaging.
just wanted to say a huge thank you to you both for an uplifting and inspiring meeting last night in Usk. I listened intently at you both, most of which was no surprise, the best thing was being surrounded by like minded women, all in the same boat trying to make sense of so many physical changes ( some debilitating) as we navigate through our 40's, 50's and 60's +. Today I started my 15 mins of squats, inspired and no more excuses! I am looking forward to the next session which I have just booked. LYCRA is ready!
It was well hosted in a good space, having refreshments etc was a nice touch. Mostly though I enjoyed the depth of information and expertise, presented with humour and humanity.
I am consciously thinking about the thought provoking information that you both shared. What a wonderful partnership! 15 minutes of squats done, dog walking next, protein fuelled breakfast devoured.
The welcoming, relaxed atmosphere, lovely environment, opportunity to meet others dealing with similar issues and informative presentations delivered in a way that was relatable and easy to understand.
I can't tell you how grateful I am that Morris's have created and facilitated these events, which are sorely needed (as is clear from the level of demand). I love the way that Natalie and Ashley are not only enabling us to understand how our hormones impact our mental and physical wellbeing, but also providing us with the toolkit and inspiration to do something about it, with a dose of humour in the mix that helps everything along.
I loved this event!! I learned so much and found it really focused my mind and motivated me. Thank you for a great event!
I found this super useful, and picked up a lot of dietary tips to support my hormones. Would love to find out more!
It was a fantastic evening thank you
Very informative - thank you
Nice and relaxed atmosphere nice to see no particular products being promoted just general well being
Really found this session really powerful
Very informative class last night about cortisol and the strength training.
Ashley and Natalie are friendly, welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable, offering the perfect balance of advice for both nutritional and physical well-being, especially for women like me who are going through the menopause.
Thank you so much for the huge effort last night, in delivering the workshop virtually. Even though it was on-line your messages and advice were clear and as always thought provoking and inspiring
Clear practical advice about movement
The atmosphere was so welcoming, covering a wide range of areas and appropriate for all ages. Really enjoyed this session, looking forward to the rest of the series
The women presented the information so clearly and concisely. It was easy to take in and digest.
Useful information pitched at a level I can understand
A good combination of hormonal and nutrition advice complemented well with the movement talk to change body composition and what you need to do in combination
So thankful to both of you for this series, finding credible information in this space is a minefield so the work you two are doing is really important.
Atmosphere was relaxing
I love that this event is available to all women, no matter their background. It's a fantastic event and is definitely helping to bridge a gap in womens health.
The enthusiasm and knowledge of Ashley and Natalie. Very interesting content and encouraging hosts. Myself and my Mum have both felt inspired to make changes following the sessions and are looking forward to the next one!
I enjoyed the whole thing
Thank you for the 1st session last night I came away with more information than my Dr has provided me with in 3 years. I left your session feeling there is hope for me rather than no life at all. Looking forward to session 2
The session was great very motivating and inspirational
The evening was superb. It was detailed enough to get the audience engaged and talking and to allow for further research after the event. Incredibly informative and validating, especially for myself on the start of my peri journey.
Absolutely fabulous seminar. Really informative as well. Thankyou both xx
Finding out new information
Thank you Natalie and Ashley for pivoting this event into a Zoom presentation, so we could still attend, despite the heat. Thanks for the really useful information, especially the simple tips that are easy to follow.
I really enjoyed the workshop, it was a lovely atmosphere and I learnt so much. I didn't feel intimidated so thank you for that, that has always been one of my biggest fears, someone seeing that I can't do it as well as others! I have been on Amazon and ordered resistant bands 😊
Thank you so much to Ashley and Natalie for last week's Strength Workshop in a fantastic venue in Newport. Going from fit to far from it over the last decade has meant that any kind of exercise workshop is way outside my comfort zone; however, Ashley created a completely non-scary, welcoming environment. The small size of the group meant that we all received plenty of individual attention, but I never felt under a spotlight. The fitness levels of participants varied widely and Ashley took account of this brilliantly, ensuring that everyone could work to their individual levels, including those like me with dodgy knees / backs etc. She explained each exercise clearly, took time to check that everyone was doing them properly, and provided us with an email reminder of each one afterwards so that we could do them at home (essential for anyone like me with menopause brain fog!). My previous injuries have left me feeling nervous of exercising, for fear of making things worse, but I have complete confidence in Ashley following this workshop. It was a great starting point for my fitness journey, has left me feeling confident to continue exercising and feeling positive for the future.
